UPPCS Results Announced in Prayagraj: Neha Panchal Tops 2024 Examination

The announcement of the UPPCS 2024 results in Prayagraj has brought a wave of excitement and pride to the community, particularly with Neha Panchal achieving the top position. Her success story, alongside Ananya Trivedi and Abhay Pratap Singh, who secured second and third places respectively, showcases the dedication and hard work of the candidates.

This year, the examination saw a remarkable representation of women, with six women making it to the top 10. Out of the 947 posts available, 932 have been filled, reflecting a significant achievement in the recruitment process. The successful candidates include 613 men and 319 women, marking a noteworthy advancement in gender representation within the civil services.

The success rate for women in this year’s examination stands at an impressive 34.22%, indicating a positive trend in female participation in competitive exams. This is a significant increase compared to previous years, where the number of women selected was considerably lower.

A total of 241,359 candidates appeared for the preliminary examination held on December 22, 2024, with the mains examination taking place from June 29 to July 2, 2025. The final results were declared on March 29, 2026, after interviews conducted from February 16 to March 20, 2026.

In light of the recent protests in November 2024, where aspirants demanded the preliminary examination be conducted in a single day due to a paper leak incident, the successful declaration of results is a relief for many. The community is now looking forward to the publication of candidates’ marks and category-wise cut-off marks, as stated by Ashok Kumar.

As the dust settles on this year’s examination, the focus now shifts to the implications of these results for future candidates and the ongoing efforts to ensure transparency and fairness in the selection process. Details remain unconfirmed regarding the next steps for the newly selected candidates, but the anticipation is palpable.
