Car Accident in Hyderabad Claims Six Lives
A tragic accident in Hyderabad claimed the lives of six people, including three children, when their speeding car collided with a parked lorry on May 1, 2026. The victims were returning home after visiting the Yadagirigutta temple.
The accident occurred on the Hyderabad Outer Ring Road near Exit 16. Eyewitnesses reported that the car was speeding when it struck the lorry. Local authorities believe that the driver, identified as Bolli Shivakumar, may have fallen asleep at the wheel.
The victims included:

- Bolli Lasya, aged 35
- Bolli Rishita, aged 7
- Kodam Srinivas, aged 40
- Kodam Madhav, aged 10
- Krishna Chandra
Among them, only one woman, Shweta, survived with serious injuries and is currently receiving medical treatment.
This incident serves as a stark reminder of the dangers of speeding and driver fatigue on Indian roads. The deceased hailed from Rajanna Sircilla district, and their families are now left to grapple with this devastating loss.
