Elayaraaja D—currently a Senior Sub-Editor at The Indian Express (Tamil)—has over nine years of experience in digital journalism. His journey began back in 2015 as a Playout Operator and Video Editor for JM Entertainment Network, where he honed his skills until 2017.
After leaving JM Entertainment, Elayaraaja spent three years as a Sub Editor at Dineseithigai Online Media. He joined The Indian Express in December 2020, specializing in reporting on entertainment news and sports, particularly focusing on Tamil Nadu’s vibrant culture.
His educational background is impressive. Elayaraaja holds a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication from Periyar EVR College in Trichirapalli. Additionally, he earned a Master’s degree in the same field from Thiru.Vi.Ka Arts College Thiruvarur.
