Dhurandhar 2 Trailer Sparks Ticket Sales Surge

The trailer for Dhurandhar 2, featuring Ranveer Singh as undercover agent Jaskirat Singh Rangi, has led to a remarkable surge in advance ticket sales. Following its release, the film opened its advance booking and sold over 1.4 lakh tickets within just 24 hours.

According to reports, the film has grossed approximately ₹8.83 crore from the sale of 1,42,748 tickets across 6,684 shows nationwide. The Hindi (2D) version alone has earned around ₹8.69 crore from 1,35,998 tickets, with an average ticket price of ₹434.

The excitement surrounding Dhurandhar 2 is palpable, with industry analyst Taran Adarsh noting that advance bookings are “going on a rampage,” selling a staggering 7.5k tickets per hour.

The film, officially titled Dhurandhar: The Revenge, is set for a worldwide release on March 19, 2026, with paid preview shows scheduled for March 18, 2026. It is anticipated to earn more than ₹25 crore from these preview shows alone.

In addition to Hindi, Dhurandhar 2 will have a pan-India rollout in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. The Tamil (2D) version has already grossed ₹6.18 lakh from 4,258 tickets.

This film marks the second installment of a two-part series written and directed by Aditya Dhar. The anticipation for the sequel has been building since the success of the first film.
