Aam Aadmi Social gathering (AAP) MLA Amanatullah Khan and his supporters, who have been protesting in opposition to an anti-encroachment drive in south Delhi’s Madanpur Khadar space, have been detained on Thursday. Protests erupted within the space after Khan accused municipal company officers of demolishing the homes of the poor. Preliminary reviews recommend police are clearing the realm.
